Do I have to buy all three bundles?
No. Every service is available individually. The bundles are just a way to think about priorities — most owners start with Essentials (locks, WiFi, UPS), then add Security or Convenience over time. We recommend a starting point after the walk-through.
How much does it cost?
Custom quote after the walk-through. As rough reference, a 2-bedroom Essentials install (smart lock + mesh WiFi + UPS) typically lands in the low-to-mid four figures USD for hardware and labor. Single services like a smart TV setup run much less. Ongoing support folds into your Property Care fee.
Do I have to be a PlayaStays management client?
No. Smart Home & Automation is standalone for any property in our coverage area. Ongoing support is most cost-effective bundled with property management, but the install itself stands alone.
Do I have to disclose cameras to guests?
Yes, and we handle it. Exterior cameras are disclosed in your listing per platform policy, with compliant copy provided. We never install cameras in bedrooms, bathrooms, or private interior spaces — exterior and entry-point only.
